Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of disadvantaged groups of people in the labor market. More specifically, it focuses on people with disabilities, as they rank among the most endangered groups at all. The thesis analyzes the position of persons with disabilities in the labor market and the employment policy tools and subsequently proposes measures aimed at improving the situation of these persons on the labor market in the Czech Republic.
