Abstract

The aim of bachelor´s thesis was to analyze the current situation of inventory in the company of AL INVEST Břidličná, Ltd. Based on the results then suggest various solutions that will help company to more efficient inventory management. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis are defined theoretical background of inventory management. Part of the aplication part is the description of the company and analysis of inventory in the company. When processing the inventory analysis was performed ABC analysis volume flows between divisions and using calculations was identified the actual situation of inventory. In the final chapter sets out proposals for solving the problem areas, which will help the company to more efficient inventory management.
