Návrh zástavby v proluce na ulici Sokolovská, Karlín, Praha

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis "Design of building in the vacant site on street Sokolovska, Karlin, Prague" is a proposal for the completion of the vacant lot on the corner of Sokolovska and Thamova streets in the city of Prague - Karlin, according to the assignment of the diploma thesis. The territory is part of the conservation area and street Sokolovska is a significant compositional axis of the capital. The solution of the plot is directly connected to the sbway station entrance B (Krizikova) and a tram stop (Krizikova) on the street Sokolovska. Thesis deals the whole object as a multifunctional building. The proposal focuses on suitable location of the building on the plot, proper design mass of the object in relation to the surrounding buildings, disposition and functional solutions interior. The thesis also deals technical and transport infrastructure, including static traffic. The resulting design multifunctional building corner will complement highly exposed part of (street Sokolovska) the city Prague - Karlin. Number of pages diploma thesis is 66.
