Abstract

This thesis is focused on the process of monitoring and measuring the satisfaction of graduates branch Management Quality as a customer of Department Checking and Quality Control FMMI VŠB-TUO. To the realisation of the research was used questionnaire method when the questionnaire was created electronically by special software, was sent via e-mail to the e-mail addresses of individual graduates. The collected dates were used to finding the weight of individual quality character. All measured datas are evaluated in the graphs and tables. „ The weak spots“ are identified on the base of the results of research at the end of thesis, i.e. quality character with which respondents expressed some dissatisfaction. After review, at the end of thesis was suggested actions to increase the satisfaction of future graduates.
