Návrh komunikační strategie pro generace Y a Z na trhu práce

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with Communication Strategy Design for Generations Y and Z on the Labor Market. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable methology for the Career Center of the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava how to communicate with Generation Y and Z among students by means of the Internet polling. The method of online questioning was chosen in the thesis. The respondents included students from all faculties of the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, who belong to the Y or Z generation. The most important results include knowledge about the method of communication and the preferences of generations on the labor market.
