Abstract

The aim of thesis is the development of the employees satisfaction in the company MSA, a.s. at the years 2008, 2009 and 2011, in the areas of internal factors of motivation (wages, relations to the superiors, subordinates and colleagues, policy and management firms, working conditions, job security) and external factors of motivation (recognition, work alone, the rise possibility, responsibility, and the possibility of further development). At the same time work aims to determine the level of fluctuations and rate of departures from the Organization as an indicator of the satisfaction of the employees. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, the characteristics of the company and the application part. Analysis of employee’s satisfaction is carried out by examining the satisfaction in the years 2008, 2009 and 2011. Firstly were the received facts analyzed, and then sorted into groups according to Herzberg's motivation theory of motivation. Depending on the evolution of the satisfaction were created proposals and recommendation, which should improve the level of satisfaction and peace fluctuations.
