Analýza zahraničně obchodních vztahů Evropské unie s USA

Abstract

The aim of this diploma hhesis is to analyze the EU foreign trade relations with the U.S. and to assess the impact of various factors (in particular formalization of relations between them) on its development. Diploma thesis is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter is made an analysis of the EU and the U.S. positions in the global economy, comparison of the datas (in the following categories: economic strength, economic maturity, technical skills, competitiveness, foreign trade, currency) and their evaluation. Attention is also paid to the participation of the United States in regional integration. The second chapter is addict to characterize the contractual framework for relations between the EU and U.S. and evaluated its impact on cooperation between the two units. In this chapter I discussed the plan for the creation of TAFTA. In the third chapter I analyze the development of foreign trade in terms of total volume of goods, services, capital, commodities and the develpment of foreign trade of individual member countries.
