Abstract
First part of the dissertation submitted herein is dedicated to the history and contemporary utilization of cadastral map, especially of its informative content within the mining industry, within the framework of mine surveyor activities upon execution of mining operations and/or activities done applying mining type technologies. Subject matter concerns especially as follows:
surface maps,
marking out the Protected Deposit Areas (Czech abbreviation - CHLÚ),
marking out the Mining Leases (DP),
liquidation of the main workings,
designing, compiling the documentation and marking out barrier pillars, solid coals, and zones for protection of both underground workings and surface objects.
Second part of presented dissertation has been dedicated to undermining effects and their consequences for recovery, maintenance, digitalization, and up-to-dating the cadastral maps in cadastre units affected with mining activities. Standard technologies and accuracy criteria are not allowed for application as per contemporary valid legislation. Based on both theoretical and practical experience technological procedures were recommended for maintaining and working with cadastral maps within these cadastral units. From the above mentioned results that this interdisciplinary work represents certain intersection between the mining law and geodetical one (especially as for the cadastral issues). Conclusions summarize proposal and a set of measures especially within the sphere of legislation for future novelization of legal standards.
