Abstract

The main task od the Bachelor‘s Thesis is a project documentation for building relization for an object of the office building in Moravská Ostrava. As a background for this work was previous projects mainly undertaken in the urban study of the subject Studio work III, in architectural study of the subject Studio work IV and in the project documentation for the building permit of the subject Studio work Va. The aim of the project was to design was to create new complex in Moravská Ostrava. The concept was create new multifunction complex. In this complex are residential houses, library, comunity center and office building. In this work is create only one part and it is office building with business ground floor.
