The objective of thesis is compilation of business plan for the Profi Group Company, which will provides mediation of real estates services. The first part of thesis contains the theoretical of business plan. Next part there is the company introduced and there are also contacts of important people of business plan. Third part we can name like a practical part, where is the business plan applied to the company. This part contains analysis of neighborhood, competition and of potentional customers. Integral part of theme are PESTE analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing and business plan and informations about the way of cooperation. At the end of thesis is the financial plan, which is the most important part of business plan. There are recommendations and suggestions based on knowledge of previous analysis. This part should be good for a simple instruction for the successful business and for the remain on the property market.
