Návrh modernizace zpracování žuly v provozovně Slatina

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the modernization of granite processing at the Slatina plant. In the introductory chapter, I mention the properties and use of the stone, characterize and specify the geography of the quarry, the hydrology and the history of mining at a specific location. The following chapter presents the current method of mineral extraction in the Slatina quarry and a possible proposal to make it more efficient. The third chapter describes the handling of the mined mineral and its classification according to subsequent types of processing. The fourth chapter mainly presents the current state of fine stone production and an analysis of the complex solution of technological and machine modernization of the processed processing process. The penultimate part analyzes the economic advantages of the proposed solution for raw material processing and product production as a whole. In conclusion, I comprehensively and briefly evaluated the findings.
