Územní studie lokality "Handlovy Dvory", Jihlava

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the urban study of the designing of family houses on the border of the city Jihlava. Together with the scheme of the built-up area it also deals with the solution of the transport service of the locality and also the placement of the technical infrastructure network. The main aim of the work is the creation of a land-use study serving as the basis for any changes in the regulatory plan of Handlovy Dvory. In the text part of the work there are analysed theoretical assumptions of the study. There is also the chapter dealing with mutual relationships in broader surrounding and the particular scheme of the built-up area with a brief description of two options. Finally, the estimated energy consumption and the estimated budget of the built-up area of the chosen option is described in this part.
