Možnosti využití Bayesovské statistiky v oblasti managementu kvality

Abstract

Diploma thesis summarizes the available information about possibilities of using Bayesian statistics in quality management. The thesis contains the theoretical starting points of the addressed topic and proposals for possible use or expansion in practice. It is simply to describe the meaning and use of Bayesian statistics and its appropriate applications. Proposals for the use and possibilities of improvement of quality methods result from the analysis of the minimum requirements of binding standards within the automotive industry and from the experience and knowledge gained from practice. Possible use cases are described on available examples of process planning and on risks assessments, quality control and for systematic problem-solving methods for design and production. Software support for statistics is also recommended. The conclusion brings an evaluation of the use of Bayesian statistics in the described areas of quality management.
