Digitalizace územní správy v České republice a Polsku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na digitalizaci územní správy v České republice a Polsku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit úroveň digitalizace územní správy ve vybraných zemích a srovnat jejich přístupy k digitalizaci. Teoretická část vymezuje náležitosti formující digitalizaci na národní a nadnárodní úrovni. Praktická část se zabývá srovnáním portálů a služeb v jednotlivých zemích, společně se srovnáním indexu DESI a provedených SWOT analýz. Na základě těchto zjištění byla zhodnocena úroveň digitalizace územní správy ve sledovaných zemích.

This thesis focuses on the digitalization of Territorial Administration in the Czech Republic and Poland. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the level of digitalization of Territorial Administration in selected countries and compare their approaches to digitalization. The theoretical part defines the essentials of shaping digitalization at the national and supranational levels. The practical part deals with the comparison of portals and services in individual countries, together with a comparison of the DESI index and the performed SWOT analyses. Based on these findings, the level of digitalization of territorial administration in the monitored countries was evaluated.
