Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes an issue of water erosion at the selected locations of agricultural cooperative Hraničář. It’s objective is to calculate the impact of water erosion on 23 chosen lands using appropriate methodology. The whole thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part which specifies the issue of water erosion through literature search. In this part is also listed an characteristic of all selected lands. And the practical part which is focused on the computation of water erosion using the USLE formula. Based on the results of this thesis, it was found that water erosion extremely jeopardises 6 lands where average annual soil loss is more than 10 t.ha-1. rok-1 and very endangers another 9 lands where average annual soil loss is more than 4 t.ha-1. rok-1. Based on the findings of this thesis, an anti-erosion framework for reducing the impact of water erosion to allowable value in particular areas was proposed.
