Geometrický plán na majetkoprávne vysporiadanie pozemku v k.ú. Súľov-Hradná

Abstract

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať postup tvorby geometrického plánu, vrátane jeho častí, získania a prípravy podkladov, geodetických činností v teréne a tvorby elektronických podkladov pre aktualizáciu zmeny do katastra. Práca obsahuje teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť popisuje historický vývoj katastra, Kataster nehnuteľností v súčasnosti a častí jeho operátu, rozbor geometrického plánu a meranie prostredníctvom SKPOS pomocou GNSS. Praktická časť popisuje cieľ práce, získanie podkladov, postup pri vyhotovovaní geometrického plánu, vrátane prípravných prác, geodetických prác v teréne, spracovania dát a kompletizácií výsledného geometrického plánu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of creating a survey sketch, including its components, acquiring and preparing data, land surveying activities in the field, and creating electronic data for updating changes in the cadastre. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the cadastre, the current state of the Real estate cadastre, and its components, analysis of the survey sketch, and measurements through SKPOS using GNSS. The practical part describes the goal of the work, obtaining data, the process of creating a survey sketch, including preparatory work, land surveying activities in the field, data processing and finalizing the resulting survey sketch.
