Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na smlouvu o dílo z pohledu objednatele, na její náležitosti, hlavně co se týče změn, které nastaly od 1. ledna 2014. Zabývá se také problematikou rizik, která objednateli při uzavírání smlouvy hrozí a jsou popsány následky těchto rizik a také to, co z toho vyplývá pro objednatele. V neposlední ředě je uvedena konkrétní smlouva a dílo a její podrobný výklad.

This thesis focuses on the contract for the work from the perspective of the client, its requirements, especially with respect to changes that have occurred since January 1, 2014. It also deals with the issue of the risks that the customer faces when concluding the contract, their possible consequences and what consequences it can have for the client. In primary line, there is the specific contract for work and its detailed explanation given.
