Abstract

The dissertation defines impacts of illegal employment of foreigners from the third countries on the employment rate in the region Ústí nad Labem. The economic analysis, if the illegal employment of foreigners from third countries has a basic influence and an impact on the employment rate in the region Ústí nad Labem, is performed in this dissertation. The criminality of foreigners, which automatically results from illegal employment of a foreigner in the Czech Republic territory, will be mentioned in this dissertation. The criminality, which is closely related to the problem of an entrance of a foreigner into the Czech Republic and the criminality, subsequently committed in the Czech Republic territory, respectively in the region Ústí nad Labem, will be mentioned above all.
