Abstract

This thesis deals with the heating issues on evaluating of different variants of heating systems. There are presented theoretical inputs for the design of usual variants of heating systems, which are then evaluated by a multi-criteria analysis. The benefit is to establish clearly defined criteria and value of these criteria. Determining the value of the criteria was discussed with experienced experts along with experts from academia. The work also describes the operation of sources and uses of low potential energy in buildings that are used intermittently. This causes contemporaneity production and consumption of thermal energy, and therefore defines a new concept of thermal incontemporaneity. Determination of thermal incontemporaneity is supported by the implementation of the measurement of the energy balance of the air/water heat pump. We applied statistical analyzes on the gained valuable database. As a result, the values of parameters from the actual operation, which helped to establish the concept of thermal incontemporaneity and also provide feedback for design in practice. Method of measuring energy balance of the heat pump, also finds utilization in monitoring the operation of heat pumps, not only air/water type.
