Abstract

This diploma there is deals with floatation of bituminous sludges as well as laboratory verification of flotation collectors from pyrolysis of wood. In theoretic parts are described common principles of floatation, incidence and partition of floatation collectors, conditions and factors influencing flotation course of the process and itself floatation course of the process. Aim of work is investigation incidence flotation collectors from pyrolysis of wood KOPD3, KOPD9, KOPD11 which are rising by production of activated coal in SLZ CHÉMIA Inc., which are not state into operation and the floatation collector Montanol 551 (Belgian floatation agent that is most often used in the CR and Poland) . Floatation agents were approved on the sample of coal from mine Lazy (Czech Republic). Best results were achieved with floatation surfactant of KOPD 11 behind these floatation conditions: dose of floatation collector 300g/t, concentration 100g/l, optimum floatation time 5 minutes, were gained concentrates with ash content below 7 %. Floatation tests were realized in laboratory of VŠB – TU Ostrava.
