Abstract
This thesis is focused on the devising a study of influence of extreme flood on accessibility of rescue components in the Czech Republic for elimination impact of extreme flood. The first part describes types of flooding in the Czech Republic and integrated rescue system. The second part is focused on a description of flood at 1997, 2002 and 2013 and comparison of deployed rescue components. The last part deals with a model of extreme flood, a proposal of assessment criterias for accessibility of rescue components and their application for assessment of extreme flood on accessibility of rescue components.
