Vícekriteriální hodnocení trhu povinného ručení v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on multicriteria evaluation of the motor third-party liability insurance market in the Czech Republic during the period 2019–2023. The main aim is to analyze the development of the market using selected indicators and to assess its performance over time. The weights of individual criteria were determined using pairwise comparison methods, specifically the Fuller and Saaty methods. The evaluation of each year was carried out using the basic variant method and the weighted ranking method. For result aggregation, the weighted sum method was applied. The findings indicate a gradual growth and consolidation trend in the market, with claims ratio changes and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic being the most influential factors. The most efficient year was identified as 2021, while 2019 was found to be the least efficient due to a high claims ratio and weaker performance in other indicators.
