Abstract

The aim of this elaboration is to make a system design of a software application determined for administration of the entire bonus system for the Department of acquisition in the company GE Money, Czech Republic. The main purpose is to increase user’s work effectiveness and to make the entire process of distribution incentive payment more transparent. The first part deals with a theoretical basic, describes definitions, tools and methods used in the elaboration of the thesis. The second part consists of problematic area description and analysis of current incentive model state. The analysis and system design were elaborated in the third chapter which considers process optimalization and calculation of a new algorithm. The thesis presents specified requirements, application dynamic functions and development of the whole structure. The conclusion of the thesis deals with effectiveness evaluation of the suggested solution regarding the calculation of costs and benefits for the company. The evidence of the successful model functionality should be easy users usage and expected early investment return of the project.
