Abstract

The content of this thesis is the implementation of power unit controlled by microcontroller AT89S52 that is ment for teaching purposes. The first chapter deals with the microprocessor AT89S52 and its basic characteristics. Tihe next chapter describes the interruption, which is crucial in the regulation of the power unit. That is followed by a brief description of the use of PWM regulation. In the next chapter is described the power unit including the means of control and implementation. The third and fourth point of the instructions is to create software and verify the unit via gauging, which is satisfied in the last chapter.
