Horský penzion v Beskydech

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na projektovou dokumentaci Horského penzionu v Beskydech podle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb, stupeň dokumentace provádění stavby (DPS). Objekt je navržen do horské oblasti v Malenovicích. Jedná se o pětipodlažní budovu s dvěma podzemními a třemi nadzemními patry zastřešený sedlovou střechou s vikýři. Podzemní patra slouží k parkování pro ubytované se skladovacími prostory a technickým zázemím stavby. V nadzemních patrech už jsou samotné apartmány se zázemím pro zaměstnance. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva, výkresová část, tepelně technické posouzení konstrukcí tvořící obálku budovy a stavebně konstrukční řešení zastřešení objektu se statickým posouzením. Vzhledem k rozsahu práce a požadované přesnosti na DPS, byly jednotlivé části vytvořeny pomocí profesionálních programů pro navrhování a projektování staveb, posouzení tepelně technických vlastností a výpočet únosnosti konstrukcí. Pro vypracování dokumentace bylo nutné pochopit všechny návaznosti jednotlivých částí a komplexně použít výsledky s ohledem na ČSN, proveditelnost a finanční stránku.

The diploma thesis focuses on the project documentation of the Mountain Pension in Beskydy Mountains according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation, level of construction documentation (DPS). The building is designed for the mountain area in Malenovice. It is a five-storey building with two underground and three above-ground floors covered with a gabled roof with dormers. The underground floors are used for parking for guests with storage facilities and technical facilities of the building. On the upper floors are already the apartments themselves with facilities for employees. The content of the work is a technical report, technical drawings, thermal technical assessment of structures forming the envelope of the building and structural design of the roof of the building with a static assessment. Due to the scope of work and the required accuracy on construction documentation, the individual parts were created using professional software for the CAD and BIM planning of buildings, assessment of thermal properties and calculation of the load-bearing capacity of structures. In order to prepare the documentation, it was necessary to understand all the connections of individual parts and comprehensively use the results with regard to ČSN, feasibility and financial aspects.
