Abstract

This project is focused on analysis of Sutainable Development of certain area, as a tool of spatial planning for balance of local conditions. First part of this thesis is especially about spatial planning, legislative, theory of sustainable development in Czech republic and in Europe, including details of evaluation methods. In second part is processed analysis of procedures used for creation of analysis of sustainable development for selected townships. Crucial part of thesis is analysis of sustainable development in Rajnochovice. In final part is rating of used process and its possible use.
