Memristory a jejich aplikace

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor work, Memristors and their applications, is desription of Memristor as missing basic circuit element. This work describes Memristor form it's prediction to physical realization. It also contains definition of basic terms, description of physical model based on information published about Memristor, teoretical analysis of Memristor and it's features, behavior of Memeristor checked by created simulation model, procedure for setting boudary conditions. The realization of model is performed using SPICE simulation tool. The last part of this work describes significance of Memristor, and its possible future applications.
