Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine the competitiveness in the two guesthouses where author exams customer satisfaction. Guest satisfaction is checked through questionnaires, which are given to customers upon thein arrival at the reception desk. Both houses are located in the very heart of the city. In the theoretical part, the author elaborates and explains a technical concepts. Then he focuses on the distribution of enterprises in tourism. In the practical part, the author focuses on survey which tracks customer satisfaction. The survey was conduct in the Penzion na Starem Brne Brno and Penzion BVV. The outcome of the survey is evaluated by using graphs. At the end of thesis author concludes guest´s satisfaction with product, services, sanitation, etc. in both guest houses.
