Zhodnocení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of employee benefits. This thesis describes the concept of employee benefits. There are mentioned Legal regulations and the economic point of view. In the third chapter, the employee benefits of the selected company, the work methodology, and the overall evaluation of the questionnaire survey are specifically discussed. The last chapter contains an evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey. The results were divided according to the work group of the respondents into technical economic workers and labourers. At the end of the bachelor thesis, recommendations were proposed for the selected company.
