Zakázková výroba ve vybraném stavebním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zakázková výroba ve vybraném stavebním podniku. Tato práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je věnována teorii plánů a rozpočtů, jež jsou pro stavební firmu stěžejní. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na náklady a kalkulace, na jejich členění a na metody sestavení. V poslední části jsou analyzovány vybrané zakázky a navržena možná doporučení.

The subject of this thesis is contract production in the selected building company. This work consists of the three parts. The first part is devoted to the theory of plans and budgets. These budgets are fundamental for building company. The following chapter is focused on the costs and calculations for the subdivision and the setting method together. In the final part are analyzed the selected contracts and possible recommendations.
