The subject of this thesis is the elaboration and design of partial project documentation for the building permit pursuant to Decree 499/2009 Sb. The building is designed for two families in the lucrative area on Nad Ostravici street. The project builds on the architectural study which was formerly elaborated in the subject Atelier Art I. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the drawing part. The theoretical section deals with the accompanying technical report of the building. The drawing part of the thesis occupies with the compiled documentation according to the bachelor´s thesis instructions, including the architectural detail.
