Hodnocení mimořádných událostí na území obce s rozšířenou působností Orlová z pohledu územního plánování

Abstract

The thesis solves posibility of using results from natural and anthropogenic extraordinary events risks evaluation in the area of Orlová, municipality with extended competence with the aid of method HVA from the point of view of territorial planning. First chapter gives an overview about analysis of extraordinary events from the point of view of territorial planning. Second chapter contains list of chosen risk sources with influence in the area of Orlová, municipality with extended kompetence. Third chapter deals with risks evaluation by HVA method. Results of risks evaluation by HVA method are graphically illustrated in maps, which are appendix of this thesis. The last chapter describes possible use of risk analysis as basis of documentation in field of territorial planning and their contribution to raise safety of civilian population and to raise enviromental protection.
