Detekce poruch asynchronních elektromotorů při kusové zkoušce.

Abstract

I describe possible failures of asynchronous motors in the first part of the work, their causes, and consequences. I deal with the measurement of stator current, vibration and noise in the next part. I also present the possibilities of diagnostics of defects for these three quantities, according to measurements and how the design parameters affect these quantities. The practical part describes the methodology of data processing and database creation with control filters. Here is described the use of data for the possibility of diagnostic indicators, comparison or setting limits for further tests.
