Rodinný dům - Mokré Lazce

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce byl návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh Rodinného domu – Mokré Lazce. Urbanistické řešení vycházelo z existence okolních staveb a komunikací. Snahou bylo maximální a efektivní využití jižní části pozemku a vytvoření dostatečně velké zahrady. Objekt je půdorysného tvaru L, který vytváří prostor uzavřené zahrady, čímž je oddělena zadní část parcely od komunikace sousedící s pozemkem. Část práce je věnována návrhu a posouzení železobetonové desky nad 2.NP.

The intention of the bachelor work was to project a building for four-member family. The theme of the bachelor work is a project a family house – Mokré Lazce. An urban resolution is made from existence of neighbouring buildings and a round. An endeavour was an effected and maximal utilization of southern side of the building and to make a sufficiently large garden. The ground-plan of the object is L – shaped, which it makes an aria of a close garden; thereby the back side of the parcel is divided from the neighbouring round. A section of the bachelor work is devoted to the project and examination of steel concrete desk above 2.NP.
