Vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení tenisové akademie

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro založení tenisové akademie v Novém Jičíně. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda v dané lokalitě existuje prostor pro vznik nového podnikatelského subjektu v oblasti sportovních služeb, a ověřit ekonomickou realizovatelnost tohoto záměru. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu podnikatelského prostředí, konkurenčního prostředí tenisových klubů a na zpracování samotného podnikatelského plánu. Ke zhodnocení podnikatelské příležitosti jsou využity metody PESTLE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a SWOT analýzy. Součástí práce je rovněž finanční plán, v jehož rámci jsou analyzovány náklady, tržby a hospodářský výsledek projektu ve třech variantách vývoje – optimistické, realistické a pesimistické. Z výsledků analýz vyplývá, že v Novém Jičíně existuje prostor pro vznik tenisové akademie, zejména z důvodu stagnujícího rozvoje stávajícího tenisového zázemí a omezené modernizace poskytovaných služeb. Finanční analýza ukazuje, že projekt je ekonomicky realizovatelný především při dosažení alespoň realistické varianty vývoje tržeb a při efektivním řízení nákladů a kapacit.

This diploma thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing a tennis academy in Nový Jičín. The main objective of the thesis is to assess whether there is an opportunity for a new business entity in the field of sports services in the given location and to evaluate the economic feasibility of this project. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the business environment, the competitive environment of tennis clubs, and the preparation of the business plan itself. To evaluate the business opportunity, methods such as PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces analysis, and SWOT analysis are applied. The thesis also includes a financial plan, within which costs, revenues, and the overall economic performance of the project are analyzed in three development scenarios – optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic. The results of the analyses indicate that there is an opportunity for establishing a tennis academy in Nový Jičín, mainly due to the stagnating development of the existing tennis facilities and the limited modernization of provided services. The financial analysis shows that the project is economically feasible, particularly if at least the realistic revenue scenario is achieved and if costs and capacities are managed efficiently.
