Eliminace provozních rizik na RK 5000.0 a zvýšení bezpečnosti pojezdu jeřábu

Abstract

In my dissertation I am concerned with the possibility elimination of operational risks by changing of the technology of greasing of the bucket chain and increasing of the safety of the roller of the bucket excavator RK 5000.0, which is with its kind the only and the last one existing bucket excavator for the brown coal superficial mining. During the time of running, different technologies of greasing of the bucket chain have changed. Some of those were not successful and the others were not enough for the reason of loosing during the greasing process. By the increasing of the safety of the roller of the bucket, I will be mainly interested in the elimination of casual risk of the tearing of the ropes, which are the draft ropes for the roller of the crane and at the same time for the running of the bucket excavator as a counterweight.
