Návrh a implementace metodiky dle SCRUM v softwarové firmě

Abstract

This thesis deals with the designing and implementation of Scrum methodology to a software company. The impetus of this development of this thesis was request for a make methodology according Scrum in software company Poski.com. The company chose this methodology alone and tried to apply it in the past in the development process, but without success. The content of this thesis is to find errors that failed applying Scrum methodology, find the problems in the current state of the software development process and make the overall analysis of the company in terms of production processes. And on base on these input data to design and implement a new methodology according to Scrum. Because Scrum methodology is only a process framework and does not cover all the activities in the development process, another source for the design are general principles of agile methodologies and best practices based on experience in other larger company. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the reader is introduced to the problems of software development process and methodologies. This section also is described in detail the methodology Scrum itself. The second part is dedicated to analysis of development process in the company, for which the methodology proposed. The second part also includes an analysis of developmental processes in other company of which are derived inspiration for solving problems encountered in the first company. The third part describes the solutions these problems, the proposed new methodology and explains how its implementation in the company.
