Analýza specifického povrchu kovových prášků metodou BET

Abstract

The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge about physical properties of powder materials, with a narrower focus on the size, size distribution, shape and surface of particles. Disclosed are also methods of determination and used instruments and equipment.

The practical part is focused on specific surface analysis of powder material particles based on metals and alloys of different size, shape and surface morphology with the use of Nova2200e the specific surface area particles analyzer. Particle size distribution was determined by sieve analysis and the laser particle size analyzer Cilas 1190. Shape and particle morphology was examined by scanning electron microscope QUANTA 450 FEG.
