Abstract

This bachelor thesis was focused on improving the process of employee training in Real Estate Agency XY. The thesis examines the current state of employee training in Real Estate Agency XY. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to suggest suitable recommendations that would lead to the improvement of the employee training process in the organization and to answer the predetermined research questions. Based on the responses of the respondents (employees of the organization) in the questionnaire survey, recommendations were proposed that can lead to the improvement of the employee training process, thus the objective of the thesis was fulfilled. Some of the key responses that emerged from the questionnaire include the high interest of employees to participate in training topics, the possibility of increasing in-house trainers, and increasing interest in training through online webinars. Among the suggested recommendations we find the introduction of a regular questionnaire survey where employees could respond flexibly to the status of training in the organisation. Furthermore, more frequent inclusion of training methods using model situations with active involvement of employees, in order to better practice the acquired skills. Employees were very positive about training using online webinars, citing the time savings associated with travel, the ability to record the webinar and replay it later as the main advantages. Therefore, in my bachelor thesis I recommended the introduction of more frequent webinars where internal and external lecturers could alternate. The main significance of the thesis was to find appropriate measures that would help the estate agency to improve the employee training process.
