Abstract

The theme of master thesis is: „Analysis and Proposal of Methodologies for Performance evaluation of Hot-rolled Flat Products Manufacturing“. The aim of master thesis is to analyse current situation of the system of performance evaluation. In addition, there will be proposed the methodology for performance evaluation in conditions of ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s.. The theoretical part is focused on knowledge of quality management system and performance evaluation of processes. The practical part is divided into two sections. Firstly, there is accomplished the analysis of current situation. Consequently, the proposal of methodology for performance evaluation of Hot-rolled flat products manufacturing is solved.
