Abstract

PÍŠTĚK, Dalibor. Roundabout Roznovska - Masarykova - Nadrazni in Valasske Mezirici. Ostrava. 66 p. 2015. Thesis. VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. Supervisor doc. Ing. Vladislav Křivda, Ph.D. Aim of this thesis is to evaluate the status of road safety at the roundabout Roznovska - Masarykova - Nadrazni in Valasske Mezirici and propose the necessary measures to improve the flow and safety of traffic. Part of the thesis is processed traffic survey, survey traffic intensity, directional survey, calculation of projected traffic volume for a prospective 2030, capacity calculations, analysis of traffic accidents. There is a proposal of building layout, the passability is verified beam curves in the program AutoTURN, traffic flow simulation is performed in the program PTV VISSIM. In the end of the thesis there are evaluated new solutions of construction layout roundabout, which leads to improve the traffic flow and safety of traffic.
