Návrh využití budovy zámku v obci Branky

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navržení možnosti nového využití zámku ve dvou variantách a nalezení finančních zdrojů pro projekt i realizaci. První varianta zpracovává využití zámku v Brankách coby reprezentativního multifunkčního společenského centra. Druhá varianta zpracovává konverzi objektu na zdravotnické středisko se společenským sálem a pronajímatelnými kancelářemi ve 2.NP. Společenským sálem, jakožto jediným požadavkem obce, se zabývají obě varianty. Dalším záměrem práce je přiblížit současnou podobu zámku co nejvíce druhé historizující opravě z 80. let 19. století.

The intention of this bachelor thesis is to design the options for the new use of the castle in two versions and to find financial resources for the project and realization. The first variant handles the use of the Branky castle as a representative multi-functional social centre. The second variant handles the conversion of the object to the medical centre with social hall and leasable offices on the 2nd floor. In both versions, as the only requirement of the municipality, is solved the social hall. Another essential purpose of the work is to closer the current look of the castle to the second historicist repair in 1980’s as much as possible.
