Vybrané brownfields v Ostravě a vlastní návrh využití brownfieldu "LAHOS s.r.o. Ostrava"

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with selected brownfields on the territory of Ostrava. The first part of the thesis deals with the concepts of brownfields, where the basic definitions are described and their categorization is described according to their various evaluation aspects. The following part is devoted to the attention of brownfields in Ostrava, which are divided according to types, categorization, databases and also their problems are solved. The second part of the thesis deals with selected brownfields, which are already revitalized or are now in the process of revitalization, are characterized and described from their history to the present with their own evaluation. Part of the thesis is also elaborated by own proposal of utilization of selected brownfield, which is located in the interest area of LAHOS.
