Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of employee satisfaction with learning and development in the XY company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts and is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical approaches to training and development. The second chapter provides a basic description of the company XY, its characteristics, history, and also its management itself. The analysis of employee training and development through a questionnaire survey is part of the practical part of this thesis. The questionnaire is described here in detail and its results are evaluated. The last chapter contains an evaluation of employee satisfaction and recommendations for the future of the company.
