Abstract
Bachelor thesis addresses the instrumentation and methods of nuclear medicine. The first part is the introduction to the field of nuclear medicine and its fundamental concepts. It is followed by a detailed description of the apparatus for detecting radiation, which solves the device for measuring in vivo, in vitro and radionuclide scintigraphy imaging method. Also included is a system of quality technical support in nuclear medicine. The following are examples of the use of radionuclide methods and their development into the future.
