Abstract

Preventivní programy Policie ČR

Tématem této diplomové práce byla problematika zhodnocení preventivních programů realizovaných Policií ČR s vazbou na celkovou kriminalitu v České republice. V teoretické části byla popsána prevence kriminality, její druhy a charakteristika Policie ČR spolu s její rolí v preventivní politice. V praktické části jsou analyzovány realizované preventivní projekty, zhodnocení některých preventivních akcí v kontextu kolísání celkové kriminality v České republice a nebylo opomenuto financování prevence. Dále byly navrhnuty nové či inovativní preventivní programy. V závěru byly shrnuty poznatky diplomové práce. Prevence kriminality neztrácí na důležitosti, ačkoliv na ni v současné době nezbývá dostatečné množství finančních prostředků.

Prevention programs of Police

The theme of this thesis was the issue of evaluation of preventive programs implemented Police linked to the overall crime rate in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part has been described crime prevention, its types and characteristics of the police together with its role in preventive policy. In the practical part analyzes implemented prevention projects, evaluation of some preventive actions in the context of fluctuations in overall crime in the Czech Republic and prevention funding was omitted. Were also designed a new or innovative prevention programs. In conclusion, the findings summarizes the thesis. Crime prevention does not lose in importance, although it currently can only sufficient funds.
