Abstract

KOUTŇÁKOVÁ K.: House with a studio, Bachelor thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2025. Supervisor of the bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house and a garage on the plot number 1518 in the cadastral area Skalice u Frýdku-Místku according to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings.

The basis of the bachelor thesis is an architectural study from the course Atelier Production I (academic year 2022/2023, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík). This study was revised and developed in more detail in the course Studio Design V (academic year 2024/2025, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík, consultant of civil engineering Ing. Jiří Teslík, PhD.).

This bachelor thesis consists of a text and a drawing part, both of which were prepared by according to the assignment of the bachelor thesis specializing in architecture.
