Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction project of a residential building . Residential house is a four-storey, rectangular shape. The building has a partial basement with gabled and flat roof. The project documentation is also thermally technical assessment of the building envelope. The project documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable standards.
