Měření spokojenosti obyvatel městského obvodu

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is measurement of the residents' satisfaction of the Ostrava-Poruba district. The aim is to measure residents' satisfaction in the areas of culture, sport and leisure, environment, safety, health and awareness of events in the village and to propose measures that could bring improvement of provided services and overall satisfaction. Thesis is divided into several parts. Theoretical part describes the town district of Poruba, defines the characteristics of services and theoretical bases of satisfaction measurement. Application part describes the research methodology, which is done through internet and personal interviewing, and then the results analysis is performed. Finally, measures are proposed to improve quality of public services provided.
