Ekonomický přínos cestovního ruchu v České republice

Abstract

Abstract The term Economic Contributions of Tourism might mean a range of indicators which help us with measuring of tourism´s impact on a whole economy of the Czech Republic. The first part of the bachelor‘s thesis is about determination of tourism´s market, especially about demand of tourism, supply of tourism and price taking product of tourism. In the next chapter there are defined methods of measuring of an economic contribution of tourism and also there are mentioned institutions which gather important information for using these methods. To be more specific the types of visitors, consumer behaviour of foreign tourists, employment of tourism, an effect of tourism on the Czech balance of payments and the effect of tourism on the Gross domestic product of the Czech Republic belong among the principal indicators. In the last part of the thesis with the help of these indicators there is carried out an analysis of economic contributions of tourism in which there are figured out particular values of the indicators and they are illustrated in the graphs. In conclusion there is reviewed if the aims which are emphasized in the introdutory chapter have been achieved.
